If you haven’t been to Telluride, you’re missing out. It’s without a doubt one of my most favorite places on earth. I remember as a child the first time I set ski down at the Telluride Ski Resort. The snow is almost always powder, and there are very few flat catwalks which guarantee you’ll never get stuck on flatland like many Colorado ski resorts.
My parents had a condo in the nearby Mountain Village. It was there where I built some of my first childhood memories. Playing in the snow, sledding down the hills, being pulled around town in the sled by our dog Dino. It doesn’t get much better. In fact, as soon as this blog makes me a few bucks, I will be on my way to purchase a new home, or at the very least a condo in Mountain Village or Telluride.
Last but not least; the Telluride Airport is crazy. If you haven’t had a chance to see it – GO CHECK IT OUT. My brother flys a small Cirrus SR22 and one of my favorite things to do are a jump in his plane at Centennial and take a flight to Telluride, CO.
